2BG, put four cards from the top of your library into your graveyard: put Rot Farm Skeleton from your graveyard to the battlefield. Play this ability only as a sorcery.
4/1

I wish this card was just a little better. I could really use something like this for my Jarad EDH deck, but a 4/1 that can't block won't make the cut, I fear, even though it is tutorable with Dimir House Guard.
Momir Vig, Simic Visionary
Melek, Izzet Paragon
Oona, Queen of the Fae
Bruna, Light of Alabaster
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight
Rhys the Redeemed
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord
Sen Triplets
The Mimeoplasm WUBRGSliver OverlordGRBUW WUBRGSliver Hivelord(Superfriends)GRBUW
Putting it into play is amazing for an uncommon. A Gravecrawler that is always on? A Reassembling Skeleton that doesn't enter tapped (granted not at instant speed)? The Jarad EDH deck is pleased.
ALSO: Creature type is missing, Plant skeleton? WHAT?! Excellent.
Perhaps you should just send WOTC a resume and tell them why you're better at Magic than one of their employees instead of complaining here, where nobody really has any authority on the matter.
Oooh - Neo Dredge. Cool. I like the card. I think it will see at least a little Standard play.
EDIT: I like the differences between this ability and Dredge. Both get cards into your graveyard, but Dredge is free while this costs mana. The trade-off is that Dredge returns the card to your hand, while this puts a creature on the battlefield. Of course, Dredge decks often don't want to cast too many cards, but I can't help liking this new twist.
EDIT: Oh yeah, can't block. Hmm, not as good as I thought, but still a nice recurring threat in limited.
Hooo.. well, on one hand this chap is hard to permanently off, on the other hand, no regen, 1 toughness means that you'll need a VERY dedicated scavenge deck for this to work properly...
If the store owner says that I can't trade in the premises, I'll just go outside. If he says that I can't trade within 10m of his premises, I'll go to 11 meters. If he says that he doesn't want to see me trading, I will put a basket over his head and continue trading.
Yes, he's a local legend. He's only known to take his clothes off before he goes into the Ladies' Lockerroom. Nobody knows what he does in there because he's invisible, but it's almost certainly tons of masturbating.
This is the kind of card that Lotleth Troll loves to feed on. Bring it back on the field at a later stage, swing with it a few times and once it bites the dust again (Which it pretty soon will), use Varolz to scavenge him. Or just bring him back again when you need some quick beats.
Lots of fun interactions, but the can't block part is annoying to be sure.

Whoops, missed that line. Thanks for pointing out, post corrected.

Waaaay cooler than the "plant zombies"...
This is probably the only plant skeleton we'll see for a while though...Maybe in Return to Return to Ravnica Again.
But nice idea.

Let this great clan rest in peace (2001-2011)
Sorcery and can't block prevents it from being bonkers, but it is good.
There is buried treasure everywhere...in a graveyard.
Plant skeleton. great art. great flavor.
But playability... not so much, at least make the ability instant speed like reassembling...
this has nothing to offer anywhere but limited sadly . it's great there
the only interesting part is the repeatable self mill. still costing too much.

No. There weren't enemy color tribes in Innistrad other than Red-White humans.
