Iaquinta (who has spoiled many cards for us in the past, not to mention this rumor season) spoiled these in the Name and Number Crunch thread here. They're being discussed a little in the Pontiff of Blight etc. thread, but I figured they deserved their own.

Have a helicopter drop you off out front. Light your cigar with a small Indonesian boy holding a black lotus. Then bust out a craw wurm deck with no sleeves. Raw dog shuffle, loose terribly, flip the table, leave in a hovercraft.
Breaking news.
There will be no Tibalt, Tamiyo, Tezzeret, Garruk, Chandra, Liliana, mini-Jace, big-Jace, Garruk again, or Sarkhan in Theros either.
There will also be no Black Lotus.
If the store owner says that I can't trade in the premises, I'll just go outside. If he says that I can't trade within 10m of his premises, I'll go to 11 meters. If he says that he doesn't want to see me trading, I will put a basket over his head and continue trading.
Yes, he's a local legend. He's only known to take his clothes off before he goes into the Ladies' Lockerroom. Nobody knows what he does in there because he's invisible, but it's almost certainly tons of masturbating.
Drown in Filth has amazing flavor, but it's more of a build-around me. Basically Mulch as removal instead of land draw, with sweet synergy with fetches.
Gruul enchantment, like others have said, can potentially be sick in limited. It's like a mini-Madcap Skills for your whole team. But the strength of Mad Skillz was largely on its low cost, so it remains to be seen just how effective it ends up being in practice.
Drown in Filth seems really good in decks running things like Grisly Salvage and even Liliana. Not good enough for Jund, but B/G decks looking for answers to something like Olivia might like it. I'll be trying it out in my Lotleth Troll/Veilborn Ghoul concoction.
I wonder if all the enchant land we got in the past two sets and now this, are hints at fetches coming back...

Drown in Filth seems pretty nice in Life from the Loam variants, where it can kill darn near anything at sorcery speed mid- to late-game and at least kill Bob and Deathrite Shaman early-game. Self-milling into LftL/Raven's Crime/cycling lands/Wasteland also seems fun.
Gruul War Chant = Old card + Really Old card. The "mass Madcap Skills" comments are disheartening, when you can see the Chant's roots go back to MtG's very early days.

Drown in Flith reminds me of Worm Harvest in a roundabout way, except the worms are coming to directly eat a creature this time. Mmmm... wormwood.

May your games be chaotic and your decks be Rogue.
Gruul War Chant is going to be very playable in limited - so hard to deal with even!
Drown in Filth is cute. It fits the Scavenge/Reanimator theme so well but is too random to use as a kill card slot when there is anything better available.
I don't know. Pyreheart wolf has 2 bodies... and cost 1 less.
I'd have like it to be more like Fires of yavimaya.
4cc is too much for the decks that need this the most.
Drown in Filth is interesting if you're trying to combine Golgari and Dimir for self-milling shenanigans. Especially since lots of Dimir milling guarantees to put a land card in your graveyard.

I disagree. This is better as a turn 4 play because your board will most likely be developed by then. You'd not want to miss a 2-drop or a 3-drop to play this before.

The War Chant is pretty crazy. Then again, it's a 4cc enchantment, so may backfire on you for not running creatures.

It's definitely a cool, flavorful card, but I don't see it.

Idk, Drown seems pretty decent in Aggro Loam

when (realistically) is it better than Abrupt Decay tho? or even lightning bolt? I assume we're talking modern.

Gruul War Chant will be devastating in limited (like Pyreheart Wolf was), but I'm not sure it will make it to standard.

I love the flavour for Drown in Filth, that's going to be an interesting card to use
