Sedge Sliver is awesome. I hate Slivers, but that's a legitimately tourney worthy card. Strictly better than Sedge Troll (EDIT: Ok, it isn't, whatever ), which is a pretty powerful card in the first place.

Also, the Teferi card is very cool. Lots of nice and interesting effects on it, although definitely not tournament worthy. I also like the Flash keyword, it should make some interesting cards.

Also, blue cards that hose blue decks are awesome.

TEFERI!!! FLASH!!! IT'S ALL COMING IN!! *hyperventalates*

ok... soo.... teferi allows that whole idea of playing suspended creatures at the end of other people's turns legal. That's just not right. that's called game breaking. lol. and no return counter magic?!?! that's craziness! almost every MUC deck will run 2 cause it even has a body on it!!!

Nothing else is good enough to be played in standard.

so they'll eat it when ARB redefines standard

As in, a card in your hand. Anything not in play. That you own.

Well, Teferi singlehandedly owns blue.

Although it's legendary, Teferi seems a very nice card to play casual and I htink we may see him in some tourney too!

Creatures that are in your hand, basically.
But I guess they took Haakon and other exceptions into account by using that wording.

*gasp* Teferi!! I can smell the abuse right now. He's the coolest Legend I've seen in a very long time. Go Pizza Spiral!!

The Sliver is going to go great in my Vintage Sliver deck. I love the flavor aspects of Slivers. Plus they're really annoying and hard to get rid of.

That is a really weird wording because it implies hand, library and sideboard.

Cool Phthisis?

It means, those in your hand, or library, or in the graveyard.

You still have to pay the mana costs, and you have to be able to play it.

EDIT: Guess which card I'm going to target when Phthisis comes into play?

First off, I love slivers! i'm so happy to see them back.. sedge sliver is a 3/3 for 3 mana (assuming u have a swamp when u play it of course) and can regenerate? sign me up..

as for teferi, i think it has uses in some decks, but of course we have to see the rest of the set before passing judgment on it

Jeez, a 3/3 with regenerate for 3, that is pretty damn good, and it pumps other stuff.

Although Teferi has a neat ability I see very little application for it, except for owning other blue control decks(oh the irony). Could be a sideboard card.
