This is my take on Glissa Sunseeker. At first, I had originally built her mostly as a tempo deck that blew up opponents lands and played big fatties to finish them off, with the occasional production of some sort of infinite combo. I then played with several different strategies and found that Primal Surge could be a really fun and unexpected card to play against your opponents to use to just win out of nowhere. So, the deck now only plays 3 non permanent cards. Heres the deck:
So now that we can make infinite mana in a bunch of different ways, we need something to do with it other than just cast Primal Surge or Genesis Wave. Heres other things that you can do with that infinite mana.
Genesis Wave and Primal Surge count as single card combos in this deck pretty much... They almost always win you the game instantly.
Summary
This is around 25-30 different combos you can use in the deck. Some of them are simple to build while others can end up being convoluted. The easiest ones to build usually involve cards like Staff of Domination or Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary. Voltaic Construct is pretty middle ground and stuff with Cloudstone Curio can get a little sticky, but those wins are always satisfying. Staff of Domination is your go to card for this deck, as once you get infinite mana it will win you the game when it resolves. Genesis Wave works too if you have 3 green mana.
Note: If you are planning on winning with the Curio... Don't put down Mycosynth Lattice. It shuts it off.
CARDS AND STRATEGIES TO WATCH OUT FOR
--Linvala, Keeper of Silence hoses this deck. Most of our combos require activated abilities off of our creatures, and Glissa is our main source of removal, so she can't even kill her. Duplicant or Brittle Effigy are here to take care of her.
--Torpor Orb This shuts down all of our Cloudstone Curio stuff usually.
--Stony Silence... See Linvala...
--Counter-Heavy Blue Decks. These Guys can romp and stomp all over us. You will have to build two combos at a time in order to bait there counter spells into one combo, while holding the other in your hand. That is your best way to do it. The problem is if you aren't fast enough, they will get too much CA and then it's just too late. Try keeping fast, ramp heavy hands.
The obvious insta-win....
Rofellos + Staff of Domination = Instant Win
Not seeing this "obvious" wincon. This does no damage just makes mana, and draws cards.
City of Solitude is a must play with Surge decks, it protects your board after Surge, as it is not a CitP effect, once you resolve Surge, nobody can react to it.

Seems like this would work better with UG then you would have Maniac, Tims, and many bounce creatures.
..
It's obvious because if you have infinite mana and your deck in your hand you have acess to every single win con in your deck.
Also City of Solitude sounds like a good addition. Not sure about Boseju though. Half the time I win with stuff other than surge or wave so I feel like it would often be dead in my hand.

COMBOS
This deck aims to win by going infinite in many different ways. The main cards that this deck combos around are Rofellos, Llanowary Emissary, Staff of Domination, and Cloudstone Curio. Obviously just playing a single Primal Surge can usually win you a game as well. Heres the combo list...
The obvious insta-win....
Rofellos + Staff of Domination = Instant Win
Infinite Mana
Rings of Brighthearth + Basalt Monolith = Infinite Colorless Mana.
Voltaic Construct + Any of the Following
1. Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary and 3 Forests + Make Him an Artifact = Infinite Green Mana
2. Argothian Elder + Make Him an Artifact + Any Mana Doubler = Infinite Green Mana
3. Priest of Titania + Make her an artifact + Any other elf + Mana Reflection = Infinite Green Mana
4. Karn + Gilded Lotus = Infinite Any Mana
5. Karn + Mana Vault = Infinite Colorless Mana
6. Karn + Basalt Monolith = Infinite Colorless Mana
Argothian Elder + Wirewood Lodge + Gaea's Cradle + Any Other Creature = Infinite Green Mana
Argothian Elder + Wirewood Lodge + Temple of the False Gods + Any Other Creature = Infinite Colorless Mana
Argothian Elder + Wirewood Lodge + Any Mana Doubler = Infinite Green Mana
Cloudstone Curio + Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary + Any Cheap Creature + Give Rofellos Haste = Infinite Green Mana (Preferred to have Priest of Titania here)
Cloudstone Curio + Argothian Elder + Several Creatures on Board + Give Elder Haste + Gaea's Cradle= Infinite Green Mana (Hard Mode Combo)
Cloudstone Curio + Priest of Titania + Several other Elves/A few elves and Mana Reflection = Infinte Green Mana
So now that we can make infinite mana in a bunch of different ways, we need something to do with it other than just cast Primal Surge or Genesis Wave. Heres other things that you can do with that infinite mana.
Other Infinites
Infinite Mana + Rings of Brighthearth + Sensei's Divining Top = Draw Your Deck
Infinite Mana + Staff of Domination = .... Yep.
Infinite Mana + Cloudstone Curio + Any of the following = Draw your deck.
1. Elvish Visionary
2. Regal Force
3. Kozilek, Butcher of Truth
4. Wood Elves (empty your deck of lands)
Other than drawing your deck....
Infinite Mana + Cloudstone Curio + Any of the following
1. Acidic Slime = Armageddon Your Opponents.
2. Sylvan Primordial = See Above
3. Craterhoof Behemoth = Infinite Damage
4. Avenger of Zendikar = Infinite Plants
5. Eternal Witness = Infinite Recursion
Infinite Mana + Karn, Silver Golem + Mycosynth Lattice = Armageddon Your Opponents.
Darksteel Forge + Myscosynth Lattice + Nevinyrral's Disk = Board go boom
Infinite Mana + Eternal Witness + Cloudstone Curio + Memory Jar + Eldrazi You Can Discard = Mill Your Opponents... This is a last resort.
