Saw this card and immediately fell in love with it. Nacatl Hunt-Pride makes combat hilarious and is great for a Naya control shell. I do need assistance though, so tell me what you think!
Looks solid. Not sure if I would run the Jund & Bant Panoramas. Being able to find any of your basics at the right time can be the difference between winning and falling further behind. One of the guys in our playgroup ran Arcane Spyglass in his Glissa build and wasn't too impressed by it. The effect was slow and not super powerful.
Kor Skyfisher might be another card you might want to consider for the deck.
I run a Marisi's Twin claws deck. Personally, I'd cut a lot of the non-boros cipt lands (gruul guildgate + turf + selesnya guildgate + sanctuary) in favor of a much larger forest section and a reduction in mountains+plains. I'd also shift the overall CMC of your ramp package down a point or two; putting in cheaper cards like rampant growth, search for tomorrow, and sylvan ranger, over expensive ramp cards like wood elves, skyshroud claim. Waiting until t3 to even start ramping is not a good strategy in PDH. Use these cheaper ramp cards to fix your mana. Since pauper edh has so little land destruction, you can safely use 1-3 plains or mountains in the entire deck without too much risk of having them get blown up.
Nacatl Hunt-Pride is an awesome and flavorful card, but at least try playing your list with the twin claws. I think you could probably run these generals interchangeably with this deck.

"Personally I love high-riak, low-reqars gambles. Life's best with a decent amount of riak. And f*** reqars."
