il-Kor = I like shadow, not a bad creature for limited.

Sudden Death - I love this card. Amazing art, awesome card. Gimme 4.

Oh come on, that Looter is strictly worse than Thought Courier. Why couldn't they make it cost a little more and make it an Ophidian with shadow? Lameness.

Sudden Death, on the other hand, is really cool. I think it might be better than Last Gasp against the right deck. I'm loving this set.

Sudden Death:
Love the art, like the card.
Finally, black can take down Heirarch with little problem.
Good over soild card.

il-Kor:
Interesting. Good abiliy with Shadow, madness AND flashback in this set. I like this one too (though I still don't like Shadow)

once again...crazy server problems...and i'm stuck outside waiting...

T.T

it's alright. i've gotten to see the looter...it's actually pretty good. better than merfolk looter...most of the time. you're dealing damage while getting the effect. well...except that they might be playing shadow too...well in that case... lol.z but a nice card nonetheless

I'm definitely a fan. If only it were a little bigger. Meanwhile, the Sudden Death...limited bombness 101.

Cool! That Split Second removal seems T2 playable easily. Dunno about the shadow guy though...

Unexciting previews. 3 mana to potentially kill a creature? Dark Banishing much?

The other one isn't nearly as bad. Card parity and quality. Both of them are limited-only champs.

Wizards and MTGS are both experiencing some pain right now.

It's nice to see an aggresive version of Merfolk Looter. This one seems to be more suited for aggro decks which is nice as looter is better in control.

Sudden Death - Insta-4. This thing is just sick. I thought they were going to be careful with the split second mechanic...?

Looter il-Kor - Hawt. Not a bad creature by any means. Might be constructed playable.

However, no mentions of purples. CURSE YOU MARO! CURSE YOUUUUUUUU

Wow. I love both cards. The Looter is an amazing little draw engine, and almost comparable to NotDH. I can't wait to get my hands on this guy, especially in limited!

And Sudden Death is SO good! Granted, it's not strict removal, but it kills so many of the good creatures in the format without allowing a reaction. Killing a Loxodon Heirarch without the the regeneration shield going on the stack, anyone? I love it. Also a house in limited.

Of course Teferi and Jaya are better, they're rares. I'm glad that they're previewing some of the uncommons, gives us a better idea of what to expect before we get to the last card in the pack, or in time spiral's case, the second to last card.

I've got the other image here if you need it.

The split second removal is great. one of the better uncommons

Probably because they were afraid of a common, blue, nearly unblockable, card filtering creature?
