Being that you are no longer an Uril deck, it looks like you ported over a lot of your aura package. Have you considered adding Stoneforge Mystic and some equipment possibly in the place of a few auras?
Indrik Stomphowler -> Wickerbough Elder its a small change but it gives you the option of the same result for the same mana. The big thing for me though is the Elder can jump through Torpor Orb and can use his effect whenever you want beyond him hitting play.
Yavimaya Elder I have just personally never cared for this guy between what it costs to drop and pop him off. I personally like Krosan Tusker more at the very least because it doesn't eat up two of my turns to get your land + card. Its less land but it is also less turns consumed.
Journey to Nowhere It feels a little too weak for me personally. I also dont like Oblivion Ring but at least that is more versatile. I don't think I would run this one except in extreme budget reasons and even then I think I would prefer Faith's Fetters over it.
Some potential utility lands that I run in Thrun that I could see being useful here:
Cathedral of War free pump. It does ETB tapped but usually I can play around a few of these fine. High Market dodge tuck wraths Thespian's Stage versatile copy Tower of the Magistrate great for just making someone drop a random sword or stop lightning greaves from ever happening.
Stoneforge Mystic - I love the Mystic, but I am somewhat at a loss as to what equipment I would play to work with GW aura, since only one sword does not give protection from G or W, and its the one I dont have SoF&I. Behemoth Sledge maybe?, I should save my pennies for Batterskull, its usually good
Yavamiya Elder - I agree, not to mention Tusker can be fetched with Fierce impath. Unfortunately though, the grave hate in my meta makes the Genesis combo rarely possible.
Journey to Nowhere - It wound up in the deck because it was an enchantment, it was cheap, and I had about 100 of them in a box, maybe It will become Parallax Wave when payday rolls around.
Open the Vaults - I don't like to share, and in my meta this one would be bad.
Well, fire and Ice would be really good, Umezawa's Jitte could also be bonkers for buffing Sigarda + having nice utility options. Mask of Memory has also proven to me to be solid card draw in voltron decks. Fireshrieker while lending no utility is a HUGE damage buff. Plus, Fireshrieker also is useful for multi triggering any equipment that triggers on dealing damage making those sword / jitte triggers all that much tastier.

Looking through your deck list it looks like you are going for a voltron style enchantress. If that is the case I would suggest looking at my Sigarda enchantress primer for ideas.
Cards I think you could cut are the mana rocks in favor of some rock hate to slow down the people around you.
Null Rod is one of the absolute stars of any enchantress deck. Kor Spiritdancer and Serra's Sanctum are the next almost auto includes. Silent Arbiter and/or Dueling Grounds to shut down token strategies and ensure you are not double blocked. You also have Harmonic Sliver, but no Aura Shards. If you really want to build an Enchantress deck like Sigarda you should have at least 25 enchantments at the bare minimum or you won't be able to really use it very well.
Auramancer in a deck that isn't abusing creatures, something like this isnt that great. Its narrow in its use and a 2/2 body isn't worth giving up the versatility that Regrowth would give you in my opinion. Sure its a second tutor target but Eternal Witness is going to be a beter tutor recover every time anyways. I think swapping into Regrowth or cutting the slot entirely is a better move.
Saffi Eriksdotter too situational. What if you run into Hallowed Burial, Terminus, Merciless Eviction or someone just happens to have grave hate handy. Overall, I think you are better off running something like Otherworldly Journey where it has some surprise to it and it has less that opponents can do to interfere with it. All that said, I think you are better off cutting its slot for something else.
Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite you dont run a swarm deck here so mostly I would say its for the -2/-2 it gives your opponents creatures. It is questionable if its worthwhile outside of a deck that abuses tutors and recursion though. I like her but have mixed feelings about her in a deck like this.
Birds of Paradise I would rather have another mana stone or even a 2 mana ramp option. The only saving grace is potentially if opponents wrath land regularly and then I would suggest going with a mana stone instead. Creatures are too fragile in my opinion for multiplayer edh to bank ramp off of. Refellos is one of the few I am still willing to use due to his crazy results.

The thing I worry about here is draw, if I pull my enchanters I will have hardly any draw, and at the moment the budget is too tight to buy a bunch of cards. Though I can use Hunters Insight and Soul's Majesty, fortunately I do have Green Suns Zenith and Chord of Calling in my drawer not even being used. So if I drop half of the enchants and the enchantress', I can add more tutors.
If I drop the Enchant theme, should I run Idyllic Tutor ?
Now comes the hard part, finding someone with a SoF&I, willing to trade it.
Your enchantment package is too small to really be drawing cards from the enchantresses anyways. Try things like Garruk, Primal Hunter, Hunters Insight, and Soul's Magesty. I think the equipment could also open you up to having some good draw too with the mask / sword.

Mirari's Wake - You want to ideally be ramping into Segarda. While its a great card its hitting at the wrong time in my opinion. The anthem isnt that great for you and its giving you mana at the wrong point. In my Thrun list I always focus on ramp that will bring me into a faster commander. Its something to consider at least.
Sword of Light and Shadow - it shouldn't be a creature heavy list. I just feel like its being included because its a sword, not because its the sword you want to be running.
Sterling Grove - getting questionable with abandoning a few more enchantments. Its still not bad because you have a good number of auras but its getting a little questionable I think.
Exploration - My problem with it is that its really not so great outside of opening hand. If you draw this on turn 8 its probably a blank draw. I think you could run a different ramp effect that will still draw cards or ramp later into the game such as Explore where it will help you get your land drops in the early but not be worthless later on.
Crop Rotation -> Sylvan Scrying for me the big thing about crop rotation is the cheap cost and instant speed. I dont see many utility lands in your list that can capitalize on either of these though. In my opinion shifting to the two mana option lets you preserve your land count and ensure future land drops with nice utility lands too if you want.
Revoke Existance -> Return to Dust its just better removal in my opinion. Revoke is alright but Return to Dust just hits harder for not that much extra mana.

I opted to keep Crop Rotation because I love sneaking in a Strip Mine on the stack and I plan on finding more lands for shenanigans.
Exploration and Mirari's Wake I agree completely, this deck only really needs 6-7 mana to play once I have Sigarda out, so ramping to 10 is kinda overkill.
Leaving in Revoke Existence as well and I plan to make a spot for Return to Dust in addition. After watching someone play prison stax last night, I like having ways to remove and not destroy enchantments/artifacts, because Karmic Justice happens.
Added Cataclysm as an "oh *$%^" button, for all the enchantment crazy decks in my meta, Zur, Savra, Teeg, ect.
I finally got to test this one in combat vs 5 others, Merieke,Scion of Ur Dragon, Sharuum, Mimeoplasm, and Zedruu. I don't like 6 player games but this was my only chance to play last night so I jumped in.
I knew it was going to be an interesting night when I got Bear Umbra and Garruk on the draw which enabled me to power up Sigarda to 11/11 lifelinked by turn 8. While I was building though the Scion player managed to get Omniscience into play and cast his entire hand of beaters thanks to the Sharuum player blocking and killing his Academy Rector, so the first hit went to Sharuum to express my disappointment. Scion fired back at me for 13 as me and Merieke hammered his forces by theft and removal. I fired back at Scion the next turn putting both players at 1 more hit to kill, at which Sharuum boardwiped and quit the game, I re-cast Sigarda an proceeded to power her up again and kill off Scion a turn or two later and regrowth Garruk and draw tons of cards.
About this time Mimeoplasm guy decided to Enter the Infinite, played a couple un-memorable cards and then realized after his turn he had a Rites of Flourishing thus killing himself on the next turn. I proceeded to try to hammer Merieke and Zedruu, but Merieke was using Archaeomancer/Scrivener to Ghostly FlickerDawn Charm back to hand every turn for a fog.
I was ready to kill of Zedruu on my next turn after picking through all his pillow enchantments when he casted Reins of Power and one shotting me with Sigarda who was at this point 11/9 un-blockable double striker
I should have maybe payed more attention to Zedruu but thus far he had not done much more than defensive plays and not very good ones at that (he plays janky cards)
Things I have learned:
1. Don't ignore the goofy guy.
2. I might need a Reliquary Tower.
3. I might need a green target for Green Sun's Zennith to shut down counter/fog on my turn.
4. Cataclysm scares me, I might need to replace it in the deck.
5. I was not happy to see Rofellos, I am thinking Terastodon might work better.
All things considered, I did not expect the deck to be so brutal so fast, maybe it was a lucky hand. I think it would have dominated a 4 player pod.
I'm sorry I missed that game, sounds like it would have been interesting to watch at the very least. I'm not too sure about your inclusion of Winter Orb, but thats just me. I think Aura Shards deserves a look as it shuts down a lot of decks (mine in particular, as you well know). That's all I have.

That game was crazy. You had the table dead to rights before Zedruu cast Reins of Power.
Reliquary Tower should definitely be in your list. Rofellos could probably be cut for something more synergistic with the rest of the deck. You never seemed to be hurting for mana. Torpor Orb would effect several of you own creatures and Aura Shards if you decided to run it. Dosan the Falling Leaf fills a similar role without impacting your cards.
Aura Shards might work, but I only run 15 creatures, so I am not sure. Maybe after I get done with my next batch of changes when I order some more cards.
but still, it is a great deterent. People might slow down or not play certain threats due to it. They don't know what you could do. Having token producers can help. But with enough card, it still would be effective.
The only thing that looks kind of interesting in Theros for this deck is Fleecemane Lion as a backup for Sigarda, as my meta likes to wipe alot. Theros has much to offer for my other decks, but not so much this one.
As for Sigil, probably not, some games i only cast 1 or 2 enchantments the whole game, Aura Shards remains a possibility as a rattlesnake, since I run few creatures.

Revoke Existence > Return to Dust as more enchantment/artifact decks pop up in my meta, more is better.
Cataclysm > Winds of Rath in most situations Cataclysm just seemed to be too much most of the time, and a dBag move at other times.
Winter Orb > Battle Mastery double strike has proved its usefulness, and Winter Orb just does not fit the play-style of this deck to me.
Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary > Terastodon more removal is better right now in my meta, and Rofellos has just not been very impressive.
Swapped out Regrowth for black border version, and Sun Titan for foil.
