That's right, this deck runs Divine Intervention and is a little bit of a troll deck. That being said, it isn't completely all-in on the intervention and it does contain other actual legitimate win conditions. That being said, "Plan A" is always to draw the game.
Win Conditions
Divine Intervention - There are multiple ways to tutor for the intervention, the best being Academy Rector, putting it directly onto the battlefield. Once it's on the battlefield, the deck has 3 ways of removing the intervention counters, the best being Vampire Hexmage. (I know this section is labeled "Win Conditions" and Divine Intervention draws the game... but when that happens, we all win, am I right?)
Dark Depths - Multiple Dark Depths combos are in full effect in this list. Hex Parasite and Vampire Hexmage can both remove counters from both Divine Intervention and Dark Depths. And if that fails, you can always use Thespian Stage to get Marit Lage onto the battlefield.
Entreat the Angels - Abyssal Persecutor, Platinum Angel, Angelic Destiny, and Batterskull all fall under this category for a back-up beat down plan. The deck wants to win with Divine Intervention or Dark Depths. But even without those toys, the deck has enough to turn any creature into a threat, especially with selective sweepers like Cataclysm.
Notes
Selenia, Dark Angel - This might seem like an odd commander choice, but it has flying (which is important with Moat), it can beat down, it can defend, and it's practically immune to removal while avoiding the extra commander tax.
Abyssal Persecutor, Platinum Angel - You and your opponents can't win the game or lose the game. Everything is right in the world.
Glacial Chasm - Note that Glacial Chasm (and all cards with cumulative upkeeps) actually get "age counters" as their upkeep goes up. This means that Hex Parasite has the ability to keep the upkeep down indefinitely.
Angelic Destiny - Transform any of your little dorks into a huge angel, ready to beat down, up and over the Moat.
Obzedat's Aid - An excellent reanimation spell that can reanimate many things, including Divine Intervention.
Austere Command - A nice wrath effect in a deck with many small creatures.
Cataclysm - This can be used to clear the board of almost everything except Divine Intervention as you wait until the game ends. Or there are plenty of combinations of creature + equipment + enchantment (Angelic Destiny) + land could put you way ahead on the board if you want to get aggro.
Scrying Sheets - When 34 of the 99 are snow permanents, you naturally have a good shot at revealing one of them. But when you also include things like Sensei's Divining Top and Scroll Rack into the mix, it turns into straight up card draw.
Adarkar Valkyrie - A nice card and possible win condition if unanswered, the valkyrie also happens to be snow. There is also the fact that the valkyrie's ability acts as a safety net and another layer of protection for your creatures.
Ommissions
Shahrazad - As much as I would like to include the king of all troll cards, I can't think of any other logical reason for it to be in the deck. When losing a sub-game only cuts your life total in half, what does it really accomplish in terms of getting a draw in the main game? Although, because of the way Shahrazad is worded, it would be funny to get a draw in the sub-game so that all players lose half their life. Hm...
Selenia, Dark Angel - This might seem like an odd commander choice, but it has flying (which is important with Moat), it can beat down, it can defend, and it's practically immune to removal while avoiding the extra commander tax.
True, but it also makes you monumentally vulnerable to Slaver-induced suicides.
However, in spite of this, you still have a rather amusing deck. Kudos.

A kid at my local gameshop wanted to break a twenty.
"You got 2 tens?" he asked me.
"No, but I probably got 3 fives." I replied.
"Perfect!"
"You might want to check your math there."
I decided to give this deck another look and I've made a ton of changes, most notably the inclusion of Necropotence, Mirror Universe, and snow permanents.
Necropotence, Sensei's Divining Top, and Scroll Rack all go hand-in-hand. With Necropotence comes Mirror Universe another source of life, a possible win condition, and some nice synergy with Selenia and Platinum Angel. Winning with Mirror Universe is the back-up plan for the back-up plan, but all the pieces fit.
Also note that both Necropotence and Selenia can instantly give you fateful hour for Faith's Shield if needed.
I think most of the changes were for the better. The Necro/Top/Rack combo made the white miracles at least twice as good.
The one card I'm most uncertain about is Mirror Universe. I'll test it for now but it might not be necessary.

I was thinking about adding Phyrexian Unlife to go along with Platinum Angel / Mirror Universe and to avoid this slaver death, but I'm not sure how often it would come up.
edit: As much fun as Mirror Universe is, I don't think it's going to make the cut. Instead, I've been very impressed with the extort on Thrull Parasite and am now adding another extort card.
