This is a rough list, Mainly a brainstorming session for a deck I'm very interested in building.
Derevi just screams Lock down. She's cheap to re-cast from the command zone, and when creatures hit, they untap stuff. So why not just keep things tapped and expensive.
So you kind of get a basic idea of what the deck is trying to do.
And Look at that sexy curve!
O drop-1
1 drop-7
2 drop-16
3 drop-24
4 drop-9
5 drop-7
6 drop-2
lets us have a lower land count and the deck can still function efficiently under a lock.
There's kind of enough un blockable dudes as is already, you think? This deck OBVIOUSLY needs to be tested, so I'm sure he may be an include if the other dorks don't get there.

I suppose, but Venser gives you another Derevi Twiddle, the unblockable thing, and that ultimate is really nice. I was talking about this deck last night and I think Martial Coup should be in there. Wrath the board and leave behind 5+ dudes, then flash in Derevi should give you some control even without an Orb in play.
Daxos is terrible. I hate that he is, but I've never seen him do anything worth the slot. Cephalid Constable, Thada Adel, and Augury Adept are all so much better in a deck like this. I've really liked Medomai the Ageless over Aetherling too. Aetherling is cool, but the mana requirement in an Orb deck will be rough.
FYI - This is the deck I was pulling stuff for yesterday, so I am not 100% pulling this out of my ass. I figure this and a Rakdos deck would be good complements.
At 2 there is also that Sovereign lady who makes everyone else's creatures come in tapped.
I keep looking at Orb of Dreams for this too. Rising Waters is a definite yes, but Orb is... another Orb. Also, Unwinding Clock is getting close enough to be good for me. Once you hit 15 tappable artifacts Tezzeret comes in too. Garruk Wildspeaker gives you untapped dudes, but that untagging crap seems nice as well. Drop him right before you stasis out the board.
Heliod, God of the Sun is pushing it at 4, but he gives the guys Vigilance, so attacking can pretty lopsided. Ajani Goldmane almost looks playable too if one were to add in Land kill.
What's the wincon here, just lock everyone else down?
Puca's Mischief will work wonders here. Symmetrical effects like Winter/Static Orbs, Rising Waters etc can be used to trade for opponent's mana rocks, further slowing them down.

yeah, the deck has a ton of cards that would work well in it. I think the deck had 147 cards in it when started (just dumping what i liked and would cut down later)

The win condition is when nobody can do much, your threats get there. Opalescence turns your enchantments into threats as well. Puca's mischief is poor here since the object is to not have opponents be able to play threats, so unless they power through the lock, it's a dead card.
It's a Grindy deck for a high powered meta.

The double strike enablers, are they worth the slots?
Reading your decklist and description keeps making me think of parallax wave. An enchantment that can help your creatures tempo, scales well with your CiP effects, and has a really great time with opalescence. It might be worth thinking about.

Interesting list missing a few stasis tech cards that you should be running. Ie mastermind forsaken city. I'm uploading some videos finite if my 5 color orb deck I have had a lot of success with. Mtgo feels buggy and it gives me sol ring to often so my last few games have been blow outs where I'm the only 1 who plays magic all game. I have disliked static orb more and more and prefer tutors to redundancy. Also frozen Aether kismet effects are brutal here.
No Deadeye Navigator + Gilded Lotus for infinite lock down with Derevi? Seems like an auto-scoop for all opponents involved.
Are infi combos frowned upon in your meta?

Obviously the main cards here are:
We want to mess with the untap phase and do it hard.
Now we get to play around that.
These cards get in for beats so you can untap stuff.
and these just play great with the above or just untap your crap for value
Oh and I just love the enchanted evening/opalescence combo.

Love the list, basically what I'd do with Derevi.
Personally I'd add a Birthing Pod to sac Derevi into Academy Rector/Hokori, Dust Drinker.
[Primer] Kozilek, Butcher with Juice.
yeah, I think venser needs a spot. and I like that birthing pod idea. It also gets around the tap down effects to get bigger threats out.
I'm thinking
-supreme verdict (I really don't see the need for sweepers that much)
+Venser
-worldy tutor
+birthing pod.

but what to replace aquas with?
Edit. I kind of want a two drop creature. It's pretty light creature wise there.
