"Censor" might not be the most apt description. Maybe "Invert" or some variant that more flavourfully describes the flipped set of targets. What about this riff on the mechanic, to make it a bit more dynamic?

Destroy target nonblack creature
Rethink 2(You may remove all instances of "non" from words that begin with "non" on this spell, or restore all such instances. Then you may rechoose targets for this spell. Play this ability only when this card is on the stack.)

it's mainly for white/black, so i'd prefer a term related to governments , politics or law. something closer to tyranny or heavyhanded judgment.

seems too gimmicky for only corner cases, and repeated targeting is confusing. this is already pretty confusing as it is , seeing as how people think only the "non" part is removed. which plays a bit differently than if the whole word is removed. if only "non" is removed, it just a modal spell or kicker variant. but if whole word is removed, then there may be cases where the censor cost can be cheaper than the original cost. for ex.
Censor Fog 2W
Instant
Prevent all damage that would be dealt by nonwhite creatures this turn.
Censor W
the censored version then becomes Holy Day / Fog, while the regular version becomes a one-sided fog if you have white creatures and the opponent doesn't.
I'm not sure Censor Therapy/Sinkhole need to exist.
The mechanic is interesting. I'll admit I read Censor Terror as "destroy target nonblack/black creature" when I first opened the topic. That could be a problem for new/sleepy players.

one way to remedy that is to have reminder text spell out the word that would be removed. so each card will have different words stated on the card, but they follow the same pattern.
You could also attach it to the mechanic itself: Censor nonblack, Censor nonbasic land, etc. Not sure if clarity is an issue, but if the wording dissatisfies you, this is an alternative.

That's a creative solution and really fits censor as a keyword. let's try it.
Censor Terror 1B
Instant
Destroy target nonblack creature.
Censor "nonblack" -- 2BB(You may cast this spell for its censor cost. If you do, change its text by removing all instances of "nonblack".)
however, it also censor itself, ie self-censorship, which is quite a paradox.

I love it. Censor would have been an excellent Orzhov mechanic. Better than Extort?
Censor Exile is a case where the mana cost should cost more - methinks 3W - and Censor could cost less - methinks W.
Censor Terror could have a 1B casting cost and a 1W Censor cost!
