Each player may search his or her library for up to X basic land cards and put them onto the battlefield tapped. Then each player who searched his or her library this way shuffles it.
And these:
Hurling Match2R
Sorcery [R]
Hurling Match deals 4 damage to target creature or player. Exile Hurling Match. Until your next upkeep, that player or that creature's controller may cast Hurling Match from exile for :2mana:. If he or she doesn't, put Hurling Match into its owner's graveyard.
Untold Riches4UUU
Sorcery [MR]
Starting with you, each player chooses a number, draws that many cards, then exiles all but seven cards from his or her hand.
Because it seemed like fun.
[EDIT]: Fixed wording on Untold Riches.
[EDIT]: Changed Fabled Quarry from "target" to "each."
[EDIT]: Removed exile clause from Untold Riches.
Untold Riches is very good for control since they are just looking to draw their win con turn 6-7 and win turn 7-9 this card is balanced and extremely powerful though outside of cube I am sure Modern or legacy would break this in half.
Hurling Match could have been uncommon and saved you a slot but it is funny and I like it.
Channel makes New Frontier broken I think I am not quite sure though for cube it is fine.
Fabled Quarry is also very powerful in the WG build this card would dominate like Fleecemane did and still does(Love Fleecemane Bant for the win :P)
Measure card just sucks I know that these cards are Johnny-tastic but damn this one actually really sucks

As for Untold Riches, how is the current wording? A few specific variations I could make:
Does it need to exile itself? If this is extraneous, I can remove it.
Does each player need to specify the number before he or she draws? My reading of rule 120.2 tells me that if I used the wording, "Each player may draw any number of cards," then a player could draw one card, decide whether to stop drawing or not, then draw another card, rinse, repeat. I don't think that's necessarily OP'd, but it seems like it would slow down the process and make this card un-fun, so I wanted to streamline it. Is my current wording the best wording?
Isn't Untold Riches win-now unless opponent has plenty of tier 1 counterspells?
Maybe in a format where you cast it as part of an infinite mana combo, but I'm not planning to have anything like that in this Standard environment. I worded it specifically to avoid the possibility of stroking your opponent, though.
How are you seeing this can achieve an instant win?
Typically, Wizards is intimidated by their own creations, and thus they throw on the "Exile" clause to prevent any combos from firing off. Sometimes I think they overdue it, putting it on cards that don't need the clause. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about Exiling it. It costs a lot of mana, and with that effect, chances are they're going to do something broken anyway.

I guess it only insta wins in the eternal formats, which already has faster ways to win so yeah I guess it's okay. It would have to be restricted in Commander though.
It would have to be restricted in Commander though.
That would be a bummer. I wanted this to be usable as a big Commander party spell.
The aforementioned Enter the Infinite is legal in Commander. Is there something this spell can do that Enter the Infinite can't do? (Besides be cast sooner.)

Honestly no, not that I can think of. Enter the Infinite is much more deadly since you can use the graveyard as a resource after you discard your hand. This card, your card, can be cast sooner, but you're also giving your opponent a choice to do the same. The cards are exiled and you'll never get them back.
How many basics would you expect the typical multicolor decks to run in DOM-ICE-3rd-XI-CTG? INN/RTR standard had most decks at 3 basics or fewer, and that could cause New frontiers to be pretty swingy depending on if your opponent is Kaljadar or Coalition.

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.

Dunno. But New Frontiers could be a way for a monogreen midrange to force spectrum decks to run at least a few basic lands. Whether that takes hold in the meta or not, I can't predict right now.
Of course, it's also a way for spectrum to assemble its mana base, if they choose to run basics.
Altogether, I like the pressure it puts on decks to run basic lands. I think that pressure should be there, because there will be some solid nonbasics in the format applying pressure in the opposite direction.
Enchantment [U]
At the beginning of your end step, sacrifice Measure of Wickedness and you lose 8 life.
Whenever another card is put into your graveyard from anywhere, target opponent gains control of Measure of Wickedness.
Creature — Rabbit [R]
Indestructible
When Fabled Quarry enters the battlefield, each opponent puts a 2/2 red Hound creature token onto the battlefield.
