I think I need a little tweaking on this card's wording, or maybe I have it right, but it looks pretty awkward. The idea is a Deflection/Radiate variant that says "you bolt my dudes? nope, bolt ALL your dudes instead!" Casting cost is also up for debate, but I'm pretty set on the card's colors.

Thanks for the help, everyone! (especially Horseshoe Hermit for [I think] finally getting it right!)
While I realize that Radiate is red and copying is a blue/red ability, not white, the flavor of the card is of defense and retribution and unlike radiate or fork, this is only used defensively, so I think it really fits the white/blue mold. What do you guys think? And should I limit it to only creatures? Right now, it could turn a Bramblecrush against one of my cards into a one-sided Armageddon.
Thanks for the comments guys! Squirtle, I think I'll take you up on the nonland idea, but I don't think I can use your exact wording, because with your wording you could sneakily use the card on a spell you cast targeting your own creature, just to radiate it against your opponent. And I'm not sure the "its controller controls" part is clear, but what about this?
"Change the target of target spell that targets a single nonland permanent you control. Copy that spell for each other nonland permanent of the new target's type controlled by the new target's controller. Each copy targets a different one of those permanents."
blackpoe66, I think my initial post makes a fair case as to why the card fits in with white. While copying and redirecting spells are both arguably red abilities, the use of it here - exclusively to defend your stuff, and punish an opponent for targeting it - feels extremely white. You can't use the card proactively, only reactively. Consider a card like Honorable Passage, which turns an opponent's attack against him.
unless I'm missing something, both of the wordings you've used do nothing to prevent me targeting one of my own creatures with a spell like Murder, then turning it into a one-sided Wrath... your initial purpose for this card may be defensive, but I see this being used offensively more often than not, at least with the current wording...

Defense from what? For colors, the question to ask yourself is what cause does the card further? What agenda does it match? More defining of each color than their goals are the set methods by which they advance them. Which goal(s) would prompt this as a tool, subtracting the colors that are unable to use this method. The behaviour blackpoe mentions does matter.
Here's something that might take care of it:
Change the target of target spell that targets a single permanent you control to a permanent controlled by that spell's controller. If it's an instant or sorcery spell, copy it for each other nonland permanent that player controls. Each copy targets a different one of those permanents.
Cost should be at least 5 cmc, the turnabout in tempo or cards is enormous. Red-White could do at 4 maybe. Red-Blue would want a tweak to the effect like making the copies controlled by another player (for some reason).
I"m with you that white ought have some target redirection. Despite the initial hit that aesthetics might take to place such "sneaky" mechanics into the color, I think it's a shame that there is nothing in white than can redirect debuff-Auras reactively. Even though white accomplishes much anything defensive with differently-worded mechanics, it's clearer to me it deserves the space than the age old is it red is it blue ambiguity.
Now the copying is where you've got me stumped. My motto is if you can find a reason to deny anything to Blue, take it, because Blue is a sneaky color that pulls the wool over designers all the time.

Thanks guys, my wording was still off - needs to make it so it can only target a spell you don't contro. Hermit, I think your wording works! Though I really do want to keep the card blue/white - I think it just makes the most sense for this card.
I think WWUU might be a fair cost for the card - very color intensive and it is a somewhat narrow effect that might often be just a Misdirection, which hasn't been constructed playable for a while.

This probably needs a "could legally target" somewhere on it, because I'm not sure what the game does when you force it to copy Lightning Bolt and target a bunch of artifacts/enchantments.

Creating a copy of a spell with the copy targeting an illegal target isn't an impossible action. The copy will indeed be created, but will (probably) be countered upon resolution.
On that note, though, it's obviously safe to put "could legally target" somewhere, in case people aren't aware of such a thing happening.
