Okay, all, it was suggested to me that I need to try to consolidate Design Survivor into a single thread, so that people may subscribe to it if they want... this is going to be the thread in question. Note, however, that voting will be required for most of the challenges/rounds, so the polls will all be posted into separate threads, and I will provide links to them in this thread whenever they come up.
Round One is officially over - voting for Team Chaos was very, very close; I declare Skajetolaf as the winner/Team Captain (for now) by a slim margin (after you remove people who weren't on the team from the voting).
ROUND TWO BEGINS NOW - I'm going to allow approximately 48 hours for round two.
MEMBERS OF BOTH TEAMS: Post a card here in this thread.
This round's theme is "Order Vs. Chaos" - your card should promote one and/or hose the other. (You are NOT required to stick to your original colors and may in fact design cards "for" the other side; loyalty is not a factor in this round.) After 48 hours, I will post all the entries in a poll and allow both teams and any random passersby to vote for the best entries. The team with the highest score will be immune; the team with lowest score will have to lose a team member. Scoring will be purely done by vote, so providing a render is your option; it won't help you in a measurable way but you are welcome to do it if you think it will help you win more votes.
The Team Captain Advantage I talked about (this round) is this: Each captain (Xenomorph and Skajetolaf) is allowed to submit TWO cards instead of one; both will be entered into the voting process. Hopefully your skill will help sway voters to your side!
Commentary is allowed, as is editing, until I close the round.

If Chaos is in your graveyard and you control a Mountain, all creatures must attack each turn if able. Whenever a creature you control is blocked, you may pay RR. If you do, sacrifice that creature and it deals 1 damage to all blocking creatures.
And yes, no incantatrix for you. Or anyone. That class makes puppies cry. Mostly because they are the former Big Bads who have been Baleful Polymorphed into said puppies. By you. Because you're an incantatrix.

Dirge of Disorder (Uncommon) 1BRG
Enchantment
Black, red, and green creatures you control have haste and trample. "Life and death, joined in their defiance of order/With moan, crack, and screech, sing a dirge of disorder."
If the submissions don't have to be team-alligned perhaps it would make it easier if players mentioned the team they are on right before their submission? I think this would just make things easier to catalog and understand.
EDIT: Okay, woops, guess that's a bad idea!
And my card: Purity's ChampionWWW
Creature - Human Knight
Flash, split second
As long as Purity's Champion came into play this turn, prevent all damage from red sources this turn.
As long as Purity's Champion came into play this turn, if a black source any player's opponent controls would cause that player to lose life or discard cards, instead he or she doesn't.
2/2
This card would look nice alongside my submission for this round of the FCC.. and that was my inspiration for it.

Team Order
Placeholder
I see your point but I'd actually prefer to leave the final voting list *unaligned*, to keep external voters from being biased (presumably team members WILL be biased, but I'll leave it up to them to determine whether they are voting for themselves or their enemies)
Although I do plan to edit an updated "roster" of both team members in the original post of this thread, for easy reference for anybody who needs it.
DisarrayBRG
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin. If the coin end up tails, sacrifice Disarray. If the coin ends up heads, Disarray deals 2 damage to you.
Discard a card at random from your hand: Disarray deals X damage to target creature or player, where X is the total number of red, black, and/or green mana symbols in its mana cost.
Sacrifice Disarray: Disarray deals 3 damage to target creature or player. "I bet this is important. I'd better smash it."

White creatures can't attack or block. R: ~ becomes a random color. Forsaking both Leitbur and Tourach, a handful of unstable knights founded an order whose tenets could slake their thirst for blood.

Players play with the top card of their library revealed.
The mana cost of each non-land card in a player's hand is equal to the mana cost of the top card of its owner's library. (If the top card of a player's library has no mana cost, each non-land card in his or her hand has no mana cost) 2, Discard a card at random: Draw a card. Any player may play this ability.
Champion of the Light :symwu::symwu::symu::symw:

Vigilance
Creatures being blocked by Augustin's Peacekeeper deal no combat damage.

I think clam means total votes. And if the teams are uneven then it will prob be the average.
After giving this some thought, I'm going to use total overall votes, and award Team Order a bonus equal to the average number of votes per player (I'm guessing this will be something like 1.7, you get the idea) to compensate for the fact that they are one player short.
This also helps greatly reduce the possibility of a tie.
War of Chaos2RR
Instant (R)
Play War of Chaos only during combat after blockers are declared.
If you are the attacking player, return target blocked creature to its owner's hand, then put a creature card from your hand that could be blocked by all creatures the returned creature was blocking into play tapped and attacking, blocked by those creatures.
If you are the defending player, return target blocking creature to its owner's hand, then put a creature card from your hand that could block all creatures the returned creature was blocking into play blocking those creatures.
Target attacking or defending opponent may copy War of Chaos.
Ridiculously complicated, by unfortunately necessary wording. Basically, if you're attacking, you switch one of your attacking blocked creatures for one in your hand which is blocked by the same creatures. If you're defending, you switch one of your blocking creatures for a creature in your hand which blocks the same creatures. Then your opponent gets to do the same if they wish, and then you do (presuming there's only two players in combat), and so on until someone decides they don't want to. Woohoo for Chaos!
Controlled Xaositect - :1mana::symr::symr:
Creature - Human Wizard
Instant and sorcery spells you play cost less to play.
Whenever a spell or ability you control is put onto the stack, if it has one or more targets, reselect its targets at random unless you pay :2mana:. (Select from among all legal targets.)
One can find order even within Chaos itself. 2/2
Rokan The Inspiring :2mana::symw::symu::symu:
Legendary Creature - Archangel
Flash, flying
When Rokan, The Inspiring comes into play counter target spell. Put X 1/1 white soldier creature tokens into play, where X is the converted mana cost of the countered spell.
His appearance brought many to the faith and denied chaos its grip on the world.
