From the official "10th Edition - Summer of Magic" document organizers here have recieved:
"Magic Game Day
After observing the success of the D&D Game Day, we plan an annual worldwide Magic Game Day weekend for Europe. This event will create an opportunity to celebrate the launch of the new Core Set, 10th Edition, and the Magic Brand in general. Retailers will open up all gaming tables to new, existing, and returning Magic players. This will be done via Release tournaments, Gateway League and demos, specifically designed to satisfy all levels of play experience.
* 10th Edition Release tournaments - Reya Dawnbringer promo card for each participant and Magic branded sunglasses (while supplies last).
* 10th Edition Gateway tournaments - Treetop Village and Faerie Conclave promo cards as regular activity reward
* Demos - 10th Edition demo kits will be provided
This was posted at the end of another thread where it didn't belong, so I have moved it to its own.

"If I do go to heaven, I'll smack god across the face and tell him to get me a grilled-cheeses sandwhich and then say 'Yea what now god!? Say some'in! I dare you!' "
Whoa! the Urza block manlands, I guess Treetop Village and Fairy Conclave should be every bit as good as they were before, thumbs up for those two.
And I wanna get me sunglasses!
With the confirmation of manlands, X gets to become more and more interresting. Plus once X rotates in, I can finally play with a full black bordered t2 deck again

Current Type 2 deck: Snakes on a flying thing
Current Type 1 deck(s): SerraBomber & "Cheaper by the Lazuli"
If these 2 are back, it likely means the other 3 are as well.
Cool.
While it is likely, it is also important to note that these are usually regarded as the best two cards out of the cycle. Ghitu Encampment, Forbidding Watchtower, and Spawning Pool didn't see as much play, IIRC.

I remember Ghitu seeing a bit of play, but you're correct in the power-level assessment. Are there any other uncommon mono-land cycles that could be used instead for Red/White/Black? The only one springing to mind is Odyssey's threshold lands, and those would never make a base set. Although, come to think of it, Cabal Coffers could be squeaked in as Black's representative.
It's be kind of weird to have blue and green man-lands and not others. I'm just hoping that Faerie Enclave is a faerie, either by giving it tribal or (more likely) changing it's ability. I wonder about the others, they don't print creatures without types anymore, remember Dancing Scimitar in 9th?
This is huge news. Those manlands open up so much deck design space it's silly. Reya as the prerelease is a pretty big deal. She's never been a tourney staple, but she is huge in casual circles, and this has pushed her price up very high.
I really hope Rebecca Guay does new art for Faerie Conclave. It seems perfect for her. And I also hope that Reya keeps her old art.
(M:tG) It's a hobby which costs money. You can't play golf without the right clubs and a membership for the golf court, you can't play paintball with a cardboard armor and a sling, you can't go to the movies without paying for a ticket and you can't play Magic without owning the cards. Simple as that.
I loves Wizards...I loves them so much. Manlands are very cool and will certainly be very good in Standard when they rotate in. Pickles,Dralnu, and Fish have access to a beater and MGA gets another powerful card. Definitely very cool news.
These manlands definitely make giant art we had likely to be Stalking Stones. Manland for each colors and also artifact one.
Though I doubt whether it will confuse new player, because the effect of color manland cycle lasts until end of turn while stalking stones effect doesn't end at end of turn.
Is there any other artifact manland better fit in this cycle? I couldn't think of one here.

Awesome! Reya ftw!!!
Is this the same legend whose art was on a product?

And good to see manlands again. Things are looking up for Stalking Stones to be that giant art.
EDIT:
For the Release or PRErelease?
10th is looking better with every news. Hope they keep it up.

I hope they reprints some merfolk, though.
1. It's RancoredElf...he doesn't lie, and when he does, it comes true anyways...stinkin' word of god bs.
2. Bye Urzalands, hello Manlands, that's all.
