This deck pretty much Dragonstorm without the Dragonstorm. What is planned is that with Wild Pair out, double your dragons. With Hunted you can bring out Scourge and kill off the 2/2's easily.
With the gauntlets, the plan is to have two hellkites in your hand and cast them when its the end of your opponent's turn. With the Pair, bring out two more and that's the 20.
Do you have any ideas on how to make this deck better?
You desperately need more mana acceleration. I'd suggest Lotus Bloom probably over the mindlash slivers.
Overall, I would say that the Black is really not needed. It just reduces the power of your Gauntlet of Power.
Keeping it just RG also gives you more room for acceleration and holding back early aggro.

I support WotC's goal of shaping Modern in favor of diversity.
I ran a thought experiment on my blog Modern in a Nuclear Wasteland
of an extreme case of banning 20 more cards to make sure they get everything, then scaling back where appropriate. WotC seems to be on a slowly build up approach. Both ways probably reach similar end points.
The post Gatecrash metagame is proving to be closer to the endpoint than I estimated, so its very possible that few (if any) more cards need to be banned.

Only reason black is there is for the dread return. Mindslash would make me discard a dragon and i can reanimate plus its there for mana acceleration with gemhyde. I'll try and get the bloom, but they can be rather exspensive.
There is probably no need for that much variety of dragons, cept perhaps to satisfy Timmy-ish cravings. You're using Scourge Of Kher Ridge to wipe out the tokens? Keep it simple. Pair out another Hunted and smash for 12.. Shivan Dragon and Numot, The Devastator are also rather win-more..

Is Teneb worth keeping? I've decided to get rid of Vorosh and add another Numot. I'll try to find two more Hunted.
If I get rid of the slivers, how can i get the dragons out faster w/out lotus bloom?
Hunting Wilds is a nice accelerant. With this deck since you seem to be trying to keep it budget i'd play 4 Wall of Roots(also good at slowing down aggro), 4 Rampant Growth, 4 Search for Tomorrow and 4 Hunting Wilds as acceleration. It's more reliable than Gauntlet of Power, i'd also definitely cut the black, you don't need reanimation for this deck and if you do you can also get rid of the Terramorphic Expanse's since they don't help that much and can slow you down. Cut the legendary dragons since you can't really cast them anyway(with normal means, and that means that one in your hand is like having 1 less card). Add an XR burn spell like Blaze or Disintergrate(Demonfire is better if you have it). You also need some stall/destruction to help you survive the early game Sulfurous Blast is good since it can deal 3 damage to all creatures.

I actually bought two more Hunted and replaced the Shivans. THe last Vorosh was replaced with another Numot.
With the Gemhydes casting Numat by itself isnt that hard. I'm just sketchy if halfway into the game I get a handful of Mana spells and no dragons.
Okay switch Rampant Growth on my list with Edge of Autumn(can cycle mid-late game). Hunting Wilds is better mid-late game since you can entwine it or choose the land animation option for extra beats.
Also the advantage of land search as mana acceleration is that it thins your deck down making it more likely to draw the cards you want to.
Oops, I was thinking of Intet, the Dreamer instead of Vorosh, so the island and the Vorosh can leave.
The problem with your build is that its too focused on the end result and doesn't take into account how to get there or have a backup plan in case it doesn't work. Gauntlet of Power is nice but you have to remember its a universal effect and your in RG(a very common color combination), if you tap out for a gauntlet the next turn your opponent if their playing gruul can play out there hand(and there creatures are now bigger), if you chose red dragonstorm can do insane things. You're slivers do nothing but accelerate(not even that if you don't get a Gemhide Sliver, pretty likely with only 3 in the deck and no way to tutor for them early game) and are very vulnerable to removal, Akroma's Memorial is a win more card which does nothing without the cards which would already win the game for you. And extra dragons with special effects aren't actually needed if you just play the win now dragons, the deck works better.
Post 10th Shivan Hellkite will be available and would make a nice 2 of for the deck.
After some thought, I realize this deck still needs work. Esp when I'm thinkinge of make a Reanimated deck. So Tenab and Dread Return would be going in there.
So, I guess GR is the way to go. I know people have posted suggestions here, and I'll go through them again, but is there someway to get the dragons out fast, because I dont want to be creatureless or defenseless early game on. I know 10th is out in a week, with that in mind, what alterations can I make to this deck? I appreciate the time, and please if you can, repost some ideas. Thanks again.
I agree with Arcaneo, you should definitely think about including Coalition Relic in your deck. It provides mana of any color and can also accelerate you into an early Wild Pair or hardcast dragon.
I'd replace a Hunted Dragon, a Hellkite, and 2 Blazes from Machius's list with 4 Relics, as you don't really want Blaze unless you're in the late game and you're not drawing dragons / Pair anyways.

Plus, black allows Teneb to do his ability.

Coalition Relic comes to mind.
I'd make it something like:
1x Island
9x Mountain
11x Forest
Creatures 15
4x Wall of Roots
4x Bogardan Hellkite
2x Scourge of Kher Ridges
2x Hunted Dragon
2x Shivan Dragon
1x Vorosh, the Hunter
4x Blaze
4x Search for Tomorrow
4x Rampant Growth
4x Sulfurous Blast
4x Hunting Wilds
4x Wild Pair
I kept the Vorosh, the Hunter in and added a single island so that you can hard cast it if you need to. It's ability is also on color for the deck.
