Meh... that card is okay... I suppose it could save you in some situations. Not really constructed viable though.

Ohhh, very good for making sure those giants actually see play. Adjusting your life total to put you back into the green and buying more time to put your massive beaters into play? I like it.

Your story's a little silly, but thanks for posting
(if accurate...) I wouldn't play this. 7 mana for a 5/5, which in the best case scenario only slows down how badly you're losing? I understand the point of it (allow Giants to come back from a slow start) but still. Nah! |

Yeah... Personally, I don't think there's much that can save Giants at this point >_>

Though it is just a casual or limited card, I like the utility of the theme. The giant tribe may be slow coming out, but if this gets played, the guy playing those little folk who get caught between the toes is going to lose. Now it is the giant's turn to do a bit of damage.
Could be interesting in multiplayer as well. |

Yeah kind of a neat card obviously nothing amazing but might make it in a Giant deck though.

It would be funny to play the card against someone who was running a life gain engine, like proclamartyr or project X.

Rawr - Giant limited crush you!
Sounds fun - great surprise card for limited. I'm really glad I'm doing a serious run in limited for Lorwyn :P (drafting on mtgo heaps ><)

A rare? It should have been an uncommon.

Anyways... Thanks for the post! The Arbiter seems perfect for Giant decks. They're going to be ahead of you in the early game, so he basically time-walks several turns (assuming you actually get him out). That said, he's going to make *casual* giants viable, and that's about all The Forge-Tender will be a control and WW staple, allowing them to walk over R/x aggro like no other

Cheapest creature with protection from red ever printed. And it walks all over Death Speakers from a design standpoint. Goblin decks (especially in legacy) are rolling over in their beds right now! |

Has anyone been keeping track of Wizards? Is WU WizardFish (with Kai) a possible contender?
