So this eliminates almost all possibilities of a kithkin "duel", but I guess it fits into the cycle. Kithkin were somewhat of an oddity by being the one tribe most dominantly depicted in their first color; so much so they decided to give them a white legend.

Yes. If you Stifle the comes-into-play trigger of Champion, you won't have to RFG an elemental.

I was hoping that the Kithkin land would make a bigger splash. Just one +1/+1 counter? Bleach. That elf though, at uncommon! Good lord thats good.

Your logic is illogical.

I'm going to break that exemplar card...mono blue aggro/control will ride again!
don't exactly like the reinforce mechanic, even as a combat trick. the land is over-rated IMO The elf is going to be another $3 uncommon, like shriekmaw. the wizard looks interesting...might see play.

The elf is really good imo.. i might have to pick up some. Hooray for a Kithkin land lol. The 7 mana 10/10 Elemental is meh imo and the merfolk is pretty good.

The Exemplar is fun, just because he's huge, but he'll hardly be good in Constructed. The "Kithkin Land" is... different, but I don't like it. I would have rather seen it as a G/W dual, but whatever. It's cool to see Reinforce on something that isn't a spell. The Shaman will see plenty of play in elf decks in T2. That's really not that surprising, since he gets you another creature for free. As for the sage... it bothers me. Why does it say "addition +1/+1 counter"? Why wouldn't it just say +1/+1 counter? Is that just to cover situations of wizards that come into play with counters on them already? -Jack

I think that the Kithkin land is a piece of crap and that I'd take a Plains over it any day. Sage of Fables is meh, Wolf-Skull Shaman makes me giggle like a school girl, and Supreme Exemplar is absolutely nuts with Incandescent Soulstoke!

The Sage is a neat trick... most likely at its best in a casual Extended tribal deck where it can team up with some of the Grafters for more counter spamming fun. That Shaman is some bull-on-a-stick. Grizzlies + free friends = tech. Why they reprint Elvish Warrior in the same set is beyond me. The Exemplar seems at its best with either the Horde of Notions or the Elemental Lord... that lord with some CiP Elemental out makes for a sick turn if you can flop one of these. And finally, while not super-awesome-megariffic, the Kithkin land is really nice for a White Weenie deck heavily in on the Kithkin side (auto 4-of), and there are worse things to be doing with a turn 4-5 land drop than turn it into a pseudo-man or burn-dodging pump.

Wow, Kithkin land sucks. I mean, opening a plains is almost a better pick if this thing wasn't rare. Why hello there, 15th pick. Not to say it isn't horrible. It allows nonwhite decks to splash white assuming one of their soldiers or knights or clerics also happens to be a hobbit. I want MaRo or someone to explain why that card had to be made.
The other three... wow. I want to see Exemplar online in a draft. Elf might be a top pick. Its insane for constructed on either tribe, and syncs up nicely with clashes. Love the wizard's art, and I hope this means wizards will do something as a tribe this go round.
