[MOR] Negate, Disperse and Kinsbaile Cavalier (rumored)

Someone contacted me with rumored info (the wording might be off).

For what it is worth:

Two common instants:
Negate (edit: now confirmed)
Counter target non-creature spell

Disperse
Return target non-land permanent to its owner's hand

And a rare Kithkin Knight:
Kinsbaile Cavalier
Knight creatures you control have double strike
2/2 (added in edit)

Non creature version of Remove soul, a weaker boomerang, and a useless Rare knight, altough works well with changeling... Since this is not yet real, we may say that it can possibly be fake...

The instants are nice. Boomerang -land bounce for a lightening on the colored mana requirements is nice. If that knight is a 2/2 or bigger, he is an absolute animal.

Nothing to exciting or surprising. Negate and Disperse sure look a lot like Core Set plants.

Meh. Whether these are fake or not isn't really much of an issue, as they're all relatively boring. Negate is horrible in Limited, and won't even make sideboards in Constructed--I find it fishy that WotC would print Negate now of all times.

I'd rather this batch were fake.

Kinsbaile Cavalier doesn't have power/toughness, I would guess it's a 2/2.

And why are people complaining about Negate? It's a very fine spell. There are rarely decks with less than 16 non-creature spells. The time for it is a bit bad, as we're seeing much more creatures now with the Evoke mechanic and the tribal theme, bit it's by no means bad.

Reversed remove soul is pretty cool actually. Remove Soul is seeing play in standard now due to the heavy creature decks, so it seems quite possible that a card that does the opposite would see some play in formats where there are less creature decks to worry about. Splashable combo stopper. Splashable enchantment/artifact/sorcery/instant/planeswalker stopper? Seems quite good to me.

If it's not fake (they seem plausible (BTW, what's Cavalier's P/T?), and Hunter is quite reliable source of rumors), then we probably see a cycle of pseudo-lords for classes unsupporter in Morningtide. We already have druids', and probably knights' "leaders", I wonder what are other classes will get them (of course it's a wild guess).

Hoodwink was originally printed with the same intention as Disperse, but Planeswalkers make the more specific wording necessary. I like the cards, hopefully we can get more information on them soon.

turn 1: Llanowar Elf
turn 2: Mirror Entity
turn 3: Kinsbaile Cavalier
turn 4: attack with 3 4/4 double strikers.

Negate seems like a great spell. It's not a reverse Remove Soul, since Remove Soul hits only 1 spell type. This hits artifacts, enchantments, instants, sorceries and planeswalkers. As far as it being "narrow", how many of you maindecked Spell Snare last year/two years ago?
